After my hubby ordering quite a lot of moneys worth of items for me for valentine's day, days started passing without communication. Being the person i am i constantly followed up with Letisha (probably driving her mad). I knew that my order was placed late and wouldn't be here in time for valentine's day. A few weeks started going by and i started getting frustrated with the wait... not just myself but Letisha too! After losing my cool, i took a step back and realized that it's not her fault if orders are later then the communicated days on the website. Not only is she dealing with frustrated clients all the time but she is also always having to deal with the manufacturers and their lead times (which more then 95% of the time is not consistent). Yes in my mind after reading reviews i was concerned but it was reiterated to me by Letisha that "there will always be good and bad reviews, read the good and it will outweigh the bad".
Dearest Letisha, i received my second order right now! And not only absolutely gorgeous items but the wait (sorry about my frustration) was absolutely worth it.
To those of you who order in future, please bear in mind that the given dates on the website are a "hopeful" time-frame and it is unforeseen circumstances that make the lead times take longer - not Letisha. As promised, the minute my shipment arrived, it would be delivered to me - and so it was! Bear in mind that she has a beautiful business and she surely is trying her best to not only keep it afloat in these times but give the best customer service possible, yes... communication was not the greatest but understandable... she is communicating with suppliers, manufacturers and more to make sure that your orders do arrive.
