I recently had a horrible experience at your shop. I was assisted by two ladies when I was looking to buy a recorder with my revolving credit. On the 9th of August I made a purchase, they let me make payment knowing they don't have the decoder at hand. After making me pay they made an excuse about the manager leaving with the key of the cabinet were they keep the decoders. I was told they will call me the same day when the manager comes back to the shop. I waited a week and a day for their call and it never came, on the 18th of August I went back and when they saw me they pretended to look for the so called key, they made up solutions about sourcing the decoder from other shops but I would have to come back for it. That when I decided to cancel the sale , and have the money returned to my revolving account. Since it was a Sunday they said they will do the call for refund on Monday, I left the receipt at the shop and was not even given a reference for refund, I called connect finance to track my account and found that 5 days later there isn't a request for refund that was made to them. Are they trying to **** me? There is no way I am dealing with them again. If I don't get help here I will have to take this further. The service made me sick and angry at the mistreatment I had to endure.
My issue with rain was never resolved. After writing to hello Peter. They called and pretended to care about resolving my refund of R559. I sent in my bank statement and account number. A month later nobody came back to me but I have made peace with it and made sure no one in my circle even considers their services. I will not be taking any calls from them anymore. They can continue with their thieving.
Today marks a month since rain took payment from me, only to have them say it's not reflecting on their system then have me countless bank statements to different emails. I was almost making calls everyday, and everyday I would get someone *********** than the last one. The reviews I wrote about this here only ever got me an automated response of how they are looking into it. I am done and will accept my loss, dear rain you can keep my R559. There's no way in hell I would be recommending your services to anyone in my circle.
Dear rain I just want my money back . I am tired of going back and forth with you. 2weeks of using my airtime to get you to fix my query and now I have to log on to hellopeter to be heard. I will write review every week until I have my money back.
They were so quick to respond to my enquiry about buying their router and Sim card deal. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the services I paid for. I am being transferred from one assistant to another and it seems nobody knows how to do their job. The deal was I send in my proof of payment and get my money back and that is also still a nightmare. I can not begin to explain my frustration with this because now I can't move on to another service provider without getting my hard earned money back!
This is the 2nd month the I paid for my order with nothing in sight. The communication has been poor and now I am waiting for my refund, in cash and the whole amount. I refuse to be responsible for the penalties for canceling an oder when it's not even my fault. I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman for the poor service I have received. This was my first and last time buying from them

I paid my debt in cash. I do not owe them anything but I have to still keep paying for their incompetence. Lewis mamelodi denlyn, as if I didn't get enough attitude from the cashier, the manager practically told me to go to hell. I had a weekly debit order agreement with them. I gave the two weeks to clear it because I settled my account. They kept debiting, I understand the first time and went in with a bank statement to get my money back. I am Tired! Of loosing my money to make bank statements over nonsense that's not mine. Lewis I want my money and I am not doing one more back statement!!!! And teach your staff customer service!
No star at all whatsoever. I have since been waiting for dresses from last year December. Their phone was either engaged or not answered until last Thursday on the 20th when I finally was able to talk to someone. I was so mad, I demanded my money back because it's clear the services I paid for I will not get. It was my second order with them and it's unfortunate that I also had to fight for the first one only to find what I ordered completely different from the picture. If only I hadn't paid two orders at the same time I would not have bothered because I just basically throw my money away. Never again.
Placed an order on their whatsapp without a hassle and got my package within a week. Looking forward to ordering again. Thank you for the great service
