False advertising and money grabbing

This is the 2nd month the I paid for my order with nothing in sight. The communication has been poor and now I am waiting for my refund, in cash and the whole amount. I refuse to be responsible for the penalties for canceling an oder when it's not even my fault. I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman for the poor service I have received.
