APPALING SERVICE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I ordered a cd from them beg. of September, I still have not received or heard from them. The service is appalling!!

REFUSING TO REFUND ME
Very unprofessional company! I placed an order on the 20th of April and never heard anything from them. I followed-up on the 5th May and this is the response I got form LETISHA: "All orders takes 14-18 working days from the Friday that your order is paid. Your order is in process, as soon as it is sent you will be advised". I waited and waited. I followed-up again on the 25th of May, no response until the 30th of May when Letisha sent an email saying; "Sadly after receiving our parcel and enquiring with our supplier we were informed that item N10953 is no longer available. Please be so kind and supply me with a replacement item" I responded saying that there is nothing else I want from the webpage can i please get refunded my money as I waited thus long for nothing. LETISHA is refusing to pay me back my money insisting that she's keeping it as a credit for next time or I should look and select something else. I wanted that particular product, i am not interested in anything else!!! This is not good business acumen, consumers have rights too!!
