Zero Stars
Ordered embroidery hoops and paid from their website. No communication was made until I reached out. I waited because they were available on back order, after a month of waiting and no communication I reached out again and was told the supplier doesn't have the product! Fine they offered me a refund to which I agreed, it's 2 weeks now I'm still waiting. They're ignoring my WhatsApp message. I called and was told my matter is with their accounts department and there's nothing they can assist me with I just need to wait it out. They're probably running a ****

They are located in Pine Town Durban! We have been working with them since 2019!
