I have been waiting for my certificate reprint since 2022! I am young man from a small town in the Eastern Cape! I app**** for a certificate reprint in 2022! I have been neglected and marginalized by SASSETA! Instead of granting the service that is due to me; they would rather refer me from line to line until I am cut off! It is disgracefully bad, that I try to lodge a formal complaint throughout the year of 2023; and nobody in that building takes me seriously! Their service will always be bad until they change the entire staff and management! Especially the call center and the certificate printing department!
They are located in Pine Town Durban! We have been working with them since 2019! We are a small business in a small town in the Eastern Cape; we owe our business stability also to Zaptor Distribution! Their excellent customer care and excellent customer service is always beyond our expectations! We will always do business with them because they provide small businesses like ours; with affordable quality products and customer service! We rate them far above 5 stars! We are a small business in a small town in the Eastern Cape. In 2021 we ordered paper feed rubbers for our office printer from PartServe Channel Support; we paid for the parts and took our money. They sent us the wrong rubbers and we asked them to collect and send us the proper ones because we even sent them a clear picture of them. They delayed throughout but collected eventually. After that, they never sent us what we paid for and when we asked for our money back; they made us submit the quotation number and the collection number of which we did! Their sales rep told us that he remembers the quotation number but does not remember the collection number. We still have proof that he sent us both those numbers using his company email and we still have proof of payment that they took our money. We called and sent them emails; but all they did was refer us to the same sales rep! We keep all our records for things like these! PartServe Channel Support failed to grant us a service and has not paid our money back not matter what we tried! You may always be a big company and keep up with your competitors; but we will never forget the bad way you treated us!
We are a small business in a small town; which is only 32 km away from the nearest Ram Couriers Depot in the city of Umtata. We have found out that our package ; which they had collected on the 26th of March 2024 is kept in there; and it is not delivered because our area is considered an "outlet"! They take our money and deliver only when it is convenient to them. Our customers complain to us about a poor service because Ram Couriers is not keen to deliver our parcels and has marginalized our poor communities. Even if you'd change your name and your face! Your service will always rate terrible until you change the way you run your business service! And this is not the first time we have a bad experience with Ram Couriers in Umtata.
