<p>i called in to book an oppointment a day prior for 16;45, when i called the driver at 16;30 he said hes 10 min away , i kept calling , he kept lying , when i called the call centre at 17;00 the 2nd driver they had assigned only called back @18;23, im so unhappy cause this it the second time in 1 one , i lodged a compliant but no follow up has been done and now this , the calibre of drivers they have is incompetent and disrespectful, now i have lost out on thousands for the sesions i had booked and forfieted because of the , who will reimburse me for my time and money?beacuse if ur runing late they charge you per minute?</p>
