Hi I would like to report the poor service we have received from you. Last week Wednesday my fiance made a booking for a cab to the airport for Saturday the 15th of June at 3a.m The guy called David. (with Letago cabs on his profile) called on Friday to confirm the bookings and asked that we send him the pick up location. Least did we know that the message was only read the following day midday while we have already landed... He was incompetent, not even an update or apology message on why we were not picked up in the morning. Till this day, no update. I will never recommend your services to anyone. Thanks

A booked cab left the timing too late and then couldn't 'find' the pickup address. It was a transit fare and resulted in numerous complications. The driver was rude when spoken to telephonically - a poor image of SA.

<p>the ****piest service I've ever received from a cab company. Waited over 40 min for a cab to accept my request with no luck, had to cancel and make alternative arrangements. Called customer care over 20 times with no answer. Unprofessional at the least. #Neveragain</p>

<p>I scheduled a pick up at 9am for 12h30 noon,at 12pm they stupid app kept saying the driver was 13 minutes away. Then he was 8 minutes away. All of a sudden his 14 minutes away again. You can't call him because the call centre doesn't direct calls to them and it doesn't operate after 11am on Sundays. My first ride promo code disappeared even after it was not used. I am livid, you are not a cab service. You don't know how to operate and you're unreliable. Uber should host 1 on 1 tutorials for you. I thought I'd support SA but to no surprise incompetence is your Company Mission!</p>

<p>I had a bad experience in the past where I was overcharged as well as where my R100 voucher was not credited to me. I only received feedback from their customer services department when I wrote a review on hellopeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequently my R30 that I was overcharged is not being refunded to me even though I have provided all the proof and they indicated there was a fault with their app. The consultant, Nobuntu, has refused to answer my calls or emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't believe the lengths they will go to just for R30 which doesn't belong to them. They may be "proudly" South African but at least Uber doesn't steal your money.</p>

<p>i called in to book an oppointment a day prior for 16;45, when i called the driver at 16;30 he said hes 10 min away , i kept calling , he kept lying , when i called the call centre at 17;00 the 2nd driver they had assigned only called back @18;23, im so unhappy cause this it the second time in 1 one , i lodged a compliant but no follow up has been done and now this , the calibre of drivers they have is incompetent and disrespectful, now i have lost out on thousands for the sesions i had booked and forfieted because of the , who will reimburse me for my time and money?beacuse if ur runing late they charge you per minute?</p>
