<p>I scheduled a pick up at 9am for 12h30 noon,at 12pm they stupid app kept saying the driver was 13 minutes away. Then he was 8 minutes away. All of a sudden his 14 minutes away again. You can't call him because the call centre doesn't direct calls to them and it doesn't operate after 11am on Sundays. My first ride promo code disappeared even after it was not used. I am livid, you are not a cab service. You don't know how to operate and you're unreliable. Uber should host 1 on 1 tutorials for you. I thought I'd support SA but to no surprise incompetence is your Company Mission!</p>
