We bought a mattress not even 10 days ago now, was told if we're not happy they'll take it back no obligation. Now they are no responding to to messages. The Mattress Warehouse R21 Centurion please come take your mattress and give us back our money. We were intending to shop again with you for a suitable mattress, but after the way you treated us,we just want our money back. The bed makes sounds like it's been used many times before. We've taken countless videos to show our issues and we are still being under scrutiny with no solution. So much for no obligation returns.
I placed an order on their app, possibly one of thousands I've placed in the 10 years i've ordered from them, an item was missing (mistakes happen especially if you're human) however even after laying the complaint I have received no resolution to my issue. Are you sending the missing item or are you refunding me? Simple.
Hello Amanda, I hope you're well. Shows how little concern and research you made regarding this issue. Your driver collected order at 18:08 and at 18:09 marked it as arrived. Proceeded to message saying he doesn't deliver in my area after 17h00. Why take the order if you won't fulfill it. Not only is your driver a ****, you are *********** and have no business in the customer service industry. Attached screenshots of this order.
QKGDPH: This is unacceptable, this package can't still be waiting for collection. Honestly this is unprofessional. I cant book collection on the 2nd of October that is still not collected today. One thing I have said constantly Thohoyandou branch is *********** and inefficient. Close that branch go back to having Louis Trichard as our courier point. They never collect on time, they never deliver when they should. As an account holder for almost 6 years now Thohoyandou is always the issue with my collections and deliveries.
I have had a business account with them for years. They pick is always on par. All of a sudden when then they have to deliver personal deliveries they don't know how to deliver. I hope Amazon finds another Courier Company for their deliveries. Because what you not going to do is lie about delivery.
Who is this Capitec Rental Finance (Pty) Ltd why do they keep debiting R1591,50 monthly for the last 2 months for rental of something we know nothing of. Please explain what this is as we have no other communication, or contract related to a rental agreement with Capitec Rental Finance (Pty) Ltd.

I placed an order on the 3rd of December 2024. Received and email saying it'll be processed soon. Then a message in the WhatsApp group saying packages will be couriered soon. I've bought from them before and Received my order on time. This time not even real communication I have to chase them. I just want my order before I leave for the holidays. As it is I didn't have a dress for my friends bridal shower, I went on a trip without my dresses and now I must go through another trip. SHEIN is better at this point. I'd rather pay customs knowing my clothes are coming then order from a South African company that's now too good for us.
I purchased something yesterday that had an option for me to pay for collection today. I am livid at the fact that I paid and this item hasn't even been shipped. It's currently 13h23 and it's clearly not coming. I hope Amazon whoops your *********** asses.
I placed an order through Ubereats last night, the order was charged and then a pop up saying there was an error processing my order. However my money is still not reversed back to my account. I want my money.
