Cancellation not done now debited with poor customer service
I have requested for my policy to be cancelled two weeks ago, I was told that someone will call me back to assist with cancelling. No one called, a week later I called and spoke to Lorraine Manchu right after speaking to her for an email of cancellation request, just over 5 minutes a new policy was reinstated by Lorraine Manchu. I called in to check why is my policy reinstated, they told me about QA. The person who is supposed to call me is Kabelo and assist me, they reassured me that he will call me back that was on Monday. On Wednesday I called back again ( have to be put on hold for 15+ minutes) I was promised a call back agaaaaiin. On Friday I called again and spoke to Xolile who was assisting me with cancellation but the call got cut off, I called again and now spoke to Madimetja Kekana who said Xolile is in charge since I demanded to speak to the team leader, told me that he will ask Xolile to call me back. I am so disappointed with the service alone, no one calls back nothing and everyone is shifting blame to someone whom I don’t know or never spoke to.

Cancelation
I have requested for my start date to be amended to the 26th while the debit date should remain 27th no one assisted. I later then asked for a changed in address from Tembisa to Boksburg (in a security complex) my premiums hiked.. I then asked why was that so I was told that is according to their system by an agent called Pacific... Told him that I'm going to shop around he didn't even bother to retain or transfer me to retentions department. Anyway I asked for cancelation of my policy, Oritshidza she said she will escalate to cancelation department. She then told me that will be by end of Feb. I dont care about the money, my issue is being dual insured. I want immediate cancelation and you may keep your bad service and my money because I have found a better insurer. Would you please cancel my insurance with immediate effect

Cancellation not done, pending debit order
I’ve been trying to get the policy cancelled since last week however there’s my vhl is still on cover and worse there is a pending debit order, I spoke to Latisha Naidoo on WhatsApp chat but she disappeared on me while trying to explain to her my reasons for cancellation. Can you please cancel my insurance I’m not happy with the service I get from online agents

Cancelled cover yet being debited
I would like to complain about your debit system. I have skipped cover for the month of January due to finances and had multiple threatening messages that my cover will cancel if there is no payment. Fine I decide to cancel on my own today and then I get debited still for the month which I had no cover for... mind you I know how insurance works, premium is payable in advance no premium no cover however I have cancelled cover yet still being debited R1026. For what exactly because I am no longer insured with you? Please refund me or I am escalating this to the ombudsman

Bad customer service, rude employees and damaged goods
The service I had with Cashbuild tembisa north is absurd. They first delivered orders with damaged ceiling boards, when I reported the damages they were rude (I spoke to Dineo Matlala) and also delivered 2litres of pvc glue instead of 5 litres. Nevertheless when they had to collect and deliver the right things the delivery guys were rude and I refused to sign the invoice because the material is still short. I will never ever buy anything at cashbuild. I am so fed up with the service and materials and the rude employees I have to deal with...

Incompetent service
Hi I would like to report the poor service we have received from you. Last week Wednesday my fiance made a booking for a cab to the airport for Saturday the 15th of June at 3a.m The guy called David. (with Letago cabs on his profile) called on Friday to confirm the bookings and asked that we send him the pick up location. Least did we know that the message was only read the following day midday while we have already landed... He was incompetent, not even an update or apology message on why we were not picked up in the morning. Till this day, no update. I will never recommend your services to anyone. Thanks
