<p>I had a bad experience in the past where I was overcharged as well as where my R100 voucher was not credited to me. I only received feedback from their customer services department when I wrote a review on hellopeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequently my R30 that I was overcharged is not being refunded to me even though I have provided all the proof and they indicated there was a fault with their app. The consultant, Nobuntu, has refused to answer my calls or emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't believe the lengths they will go to just for R30 which doesn't belong to them. They may be "proudly" South African but at least Uber doesn't steal your money.</p>
