I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an order I placed with Zee Hair SA on the 28th of October.
I purchased a wig from their website, Zeehairsa.com, with the expectation that it would be delivered within the 7-10 working days, as clearly stated on their website. However, it has now been 18 days since my purchase, and I have yet to receive the product.
What troubles me even more is the abysmal level of customer service I have encountered throughout this ordeal. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have rarely received a response. It is disheartening to be met with such indifference and lack of professionalism.
I had high hopes for Zee Hair SA and expected them to uphold the promises made on their website. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver on their commitment, leaving me feeling cheated and disheartened.
I understand that mistakes can happen and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of communication and failure to rectify the situation is beyond frustrating. As a customer, I deserve better treatment and a resolution to my issue.
