the owner of this establishment is dishonest. She **** and said that her salon was broken into and my wig was ******. She didn’t want to refund me and said she was waiting for insurance. This took months until I went to her salon to go demand a refund or my hair. The 2nd disappointment is when I took my hair for revamp, she switched my hair with a low quality one and insisted it was the hair I brought in for a revamp. I ordered hair on the 2nd of November and they were very responsive when I was enquiring about the hair . It’s been over 22 working days and I still haven’t received the hair . You don’t get any updates and when you message for an update you get an automated same message on delays . The communication is terrible and I regret ordering with them . I wish they’d keep the same energy when delivery and communication as they do when you place an order .

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an order I placed with Zee Hair SA on the 28th of October. I purchased a wig from their website, Zeehairsa.com, with the expectation that it would be delivered within the 7-10 working days, as clearly stated on their website. However, it has now been 18 days since my purchase, and I have yet to receive the product. What troubles me even more is the abysmal level of customer service I have encountered throughout this ordeal. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have rarely received a response. It is disheartening to be met with such indifference and lack of professionalism. I had high hopes for Zee Hair SA and expected them to uphold the promises made on their website. Unfortunately, they have failed to deliver on their commitment, leaving me feeling cheated and disheartened. I understand that mistakes can happen and unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of communication and failure to rectify the situation is beyond frustrating. As a customer, I deserve better treatment and a resolution to my issue.

I bought hair from Zeehair SA in May 2023… the price was up the sky and based on the videos she shows on instagram the hair looked like it’s quality and luxurious to my surprise when I received the hair it’s not same length, the quality of the hair is low the price not justified. In June 2023 I reached out to her that I’m not happy with the quality of the hair and the fact that the length is not the same and the wig was also detaching the and I send her videos of the hair to proof what I received. She responded and asked me to bring the wig, I have been following up with her since June as to where and when can I bring the wig she kept telling me a whole lot of excuses that she’s in Nigeria, she doesn’t have a stylist at the moment. The last time she communicated she said she will be back in September 2023 & she will fix my wig…now she is not even responding to my what’s ups…I have screenshots to proof all this. She is a ****mer as it’s false advertising to tell a customer you will receive a certain quality and give them the opposite. The quality of the hair is horrible considering the amount I paid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Listed on instagram, this person only takes purchase orders via WhatsApp. She’s very responsive, until you pay. I paid for goods on 26 May 2022, she indicated that the goods would be delivered from the 3rd week of June. I’ve been trying to get hold of her for the past 3 weeks, and she made excuses about not knowing who I am (despite having sent my contact details to her via WhatsApp - which is the mode through which she does business and concludes transactions), and completely ignores all my messages (on WhatsApp and instagram) while continually posting new products on instagram. Her customer service is dismal, and I would never recommend doing business with her.
