I ordered a rather expensive imported router from Zeek in July. Unfortunately in September (without any obvious reason) it just seemed to stop connecting to the internet. I had spent several hours with my ISP, and eliminated every possible configuration issue.
When I approached Zeek to ask about the process of getting my router replaced, I was expecting a bit of a fight. Instead they let me know that another of their customers had seen similar behaviour, and they gladly organized a replacement router. The whole process was quick and painless.
I was very impressed! Great job Zeek!
