Misleading information and poor customer service

The lady ***ner) posted on Facebook stating she's selling hair for R300, she said had initially baught the hair for herself.

She created an impression that the hair is readily available, I reached out to her on WhatsApp and I made two payments on the 12th of Jan, R300 for the hair and R110 for paxi, she later asked for my code, I sent a screenshot of my closest pep.

Then she went quite, I have been following up every week the lady ***ner) initially she send she would send the item on a Friday (Jan) that never happened, when I follow up she refers me to check her status.

Poor customer service , she lacks providing clarity or honest feedback and is misleading.

I regret purchasing from her and wish I could recieve my refund at this point I'm tired of following up and waiting it's been over a month.
