On April 30, 2025, my daughter purchased an iPhone 12 from her business. To date, the phone has not been delivered. Despite this, I have noticed that she continue to advertise cellphones on Facebook and her website, which is misleading given my order remains undelivered. Whenever I reach out for an update, We are told about a cargo that was confiscated. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, as a business owner, it is her responsibility to have contingency plans in place to ensure customers receive the products they have paid for.
