On April 30, 2025, my daughter purchased an iPhone 12 from her business. To date, the phone has not been delivered. Despite this, I have noticed that she continue to advertise cellphones on Facebook and her website, which is misleading given my order remains undelivered. Whenever I reach out for an update, We are told about a cargo that was confiscated. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, as a business owner, it is her responsibility to have contingency plans in place to ensure customers receive the products they have paid for.

I received the worst service from Vumatel weve been out of service for a week no assistance, I wrote to their Facebook page with no success and when I tried to check I finally found that solostar is our ISP and I was given a telephone number 087 230 0204 and no success still and must we do now in order for us to get your attention and get the service that we paid for because seems as if no one what to assist... I was not aware about the company and my sister introduced me to the company and we ordered using her account at 1st and we made our purchase and we didn't have to pay the full amount all at once they allowed us to pay monthly and that also saved us money for that month and what I liked is the fact that u pay for something that is already in your position I would definately recomend someone
I made a purchase at Hungry Lion PAROW Centre and the payment didn't go through according to them and on my account the payment went through and I told the manager in PAROW instead she gave me an attitude and now in order for me to be assisted I need to waste my money and go back to the branch and that is gonna inconvenience me and I will have to use my money to get my money back. Capitec Bank advised me that I will need to get a letter from you guys with all the below details. In order to reverse it you will need to provide us either with a decline slip or a authorization letter provided by merchant. Kindly note that you will need to contact the merchant directly and obtain said letter from them directly. Kindly note that the below info is needed on the authorization letter: -Company letter head. -Date and amount of transaction. -Confirm the last 4 digits of card number used. -Letter needs to clearly state that the merchant in question gives us as your bank permission to reverse the funds. -Signed by appropriate manager/parties involved. Purchase Not Processed +R179.80; Ref HUNGRY LION PAROW CENT on 29-MAR. Merchant may process purchase in future. I settled my account on the 31st January as per agreement and they never closed my account and after the settlement I called I was informed I will get a paid up letter after 20 days till to date never received anything and when I enquired today they telling me about a balance of R181 Andi am not liable for that van you guys sort this out before I take further steps
