Scammer

Where do I begin with this thief. I ordered 3 months ago after paying R2650. He still talks to me but whenever I complain about not having my shoes or demanding that I want it he says he won't send it because of how I'm reacting which is crazy. This guy needs to be stopped. He posts on his personal account all nice cars and phones and clothes and now I see how he can afford it. He is a thief and he will not get away with this.
