Over promises- UNDER DELIVERED

Bad service, the hair stylist doesn’t listen, she over promises and disappointedly and sadly under delivered, the prices are not as advertised. She drowned my ears so badly along with my clothes while rising, she made the hair toner my problem. What a let down.

But the salon was well cleaned, the shampooist was more pleasant and was so supportive of the disappointment
