What a dissatisfaction, disappointing and overall shockingly bad and so below average. The main entrance has a sewerage smell constantly The rooms in the 5th floor were smelly, the carpet were smelly, the cushion on the bed smelt like sweat. The TV was displayed and uncomfortable to watch. There was no sanitisers. There no (do not disturb, or clean the room) signs There was no vanity packs There was no drink water There was not enough milk everyday The bathroom vent did work There was a constant smell in the bathroom and some sound coming from the vent. The mattress didn’t fit the bed base that made it so uncomfortable. I was promised a mountain view but didn’t get that room. It was so devising. The was always shortage of food, drinks and ice, saw people coming with bought drinks and using the main restaurant’s bar to store those drinks. One of the good and remarkable person that was Mr D was amazingly helpful and so friendly to my wife in crutches. The only best thing was the morning receptionists and the security garden
The worst stay of my life, extremely false advertising, the room had wall stains, damaged windows, cupboards are smelling, uncomfortable cheap bed and bedding. No coffee stations, moulding smelly shower curtains, unclean shower. The were dead worms and spiders in the floor when checked in. The receptionist admitted that, “everyone complained and complains that the room is not what was advertised” we trust Booking.com for authenticity but with this property I wonder. Top floor residents always making a noise, you couldn’t sleep as the foot step noise, loud dogs, bins are collected in front of the room, that room should not be available it should be for storage. There’s a door behind the bed. The side lamps are not plugged in and so dusty, There’s no window or ventilation in the bathroom, the toilet brush is dirty and finished, toilet holder broken, rusty soap holders. The staff never wears masks, no COVID 19 safety practices at all. I had to sanitise the room and bedding myself. The receptionist is also the cleaner and is not professional at all, I asked for a new shower curtain, she came with a fabric window curtain... wow!!! The pace MUST be shut down!!!! The garden is horrible, the outside motion lights are not working so it’s dangerously dark when you go to the room. It’s unsafe at all. A health, safety inspection is needed ASAP!

Bad service, the hair stylist doesn’t listen, she over promises and disappointedly and sadly under delivered, the prices are not as advertised. She drowned my ears so badly along with my clothes while rising, she made the hair toner my problem. What a let down. But the salon was well cleaned, the shampooist was more pleasant and was so supportive of the disappointment
We have booked before the national lockdown in March202 and we request for a refund as it was not our choice to cancel, the property claimed they used the my money and will only refund us when they have money. They have not responded to my request still today after I follow up with them.
The best Air Port Parking company ever, It was the first time using the APS and all they advertised and offer is true we got such good service and exceptional and dedicated staff we found our car super clean well taken care of and the payment was smooth, no hidden costs, no red tapes. What high class, super professional, communication was effortless and they attended to all my quires on time and world class quality service from start to end, I will be using them all the time for all our travels.
Rideaux d'Or: Interior Design Services & Décor ( Highveld, Centurion) is a good company, but how ever the level of red tape with in the pricing and the professionalism the company lacks in all forms, I hired events items from them a couple of times now and thinking the service will improve, we hired 36 items from them recently and on the contract stated 10% penalties will be deducted from the holding deposits, but to my surprise they deducted 30% with no explanation what so ever, even in receiving what left of the deposit, you have to call numerous time and they hardly respond to the emails. Thabo - one of the staff members, really tried to keep me happy at all times and is the only one that has expressed good customer service, but he cant be the one who always hides and makes up for the company's extremely poor customer care and service. I also asked for a quote for 8 curtains from the Interior Design Services, to be altered, they gave me a quote, 2 days later they called to say they under-quoted and the price sky rocked with no proper justification at all, the staff was so cold and very unfriendly. Al the services they provide have some what of red tape and unjustified pricing
The Sterns at Centurion Mall, lost my wedding ring, after they confirmed twice telepathically the day before the wedding that the rings are ready for collection, to my surprise, they have lost one of the rings, the other ring we paid for to be resized, was not even touched, the ring is till the same size, the staff has no sense of urgency with anything, the negligence of the store and the workshop is disappointing and pathetic, even when they did replace the ring, it was not my ring that I had entrusted them to just resize, buff and polish. then they have the audacity to call security for me like I am a criminal in the store for sharing a bit of tears for they bad service and poor trained staff, no sympathy or compassion and remorse was so ever.
