Avoid like the plague
Please stay far away from this dealership. The first warning should be that they aren't on Google Maps. This is a common thing that foreign run dealerships do, as it limits the amount of places online that they can get bad reviews. Every single good review for this dealership here, is from one of their accounts. The biggest tell is that every 5 star review is from a user with just that one review on their account. I have had so many poor interactions with such dealerships, by myself and also representing clients who were wronged. Please stay away

Excellent service
Hi guys my name is sisa I just want to thank Tom from zeneth out motors. His excellent professional service from day one one the phone, honesty and transparency about the vehicle. I'm gona refer my freinds and family to them if you want a car.

Unfriendly rude and non existent after service from Zenith Auto
I bought a vehicle form the said dealer . I was informed that the vehicle was in a minor accident but from the onlook it was not that bad. I drove nearly a 1000 km without any issues on the vehicle . I needed to book the vehicle in for its 15000 km service . I phoned the dealership and told them that there is a few issues i noticed that i did not pick up on the short test drive . For 1 the vehicles cruise control was not working. No matter what i did on the open road to get it functioning it was not working. The front camera was not working neither and this was only realized the day after I bought the vehicle driving it long distance The owner of the place Henry assured me that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle mechanically . Well when I took it in for the first service I found out it missed the 5000km service The front radar was completely broken hence the cruise control and front camera system not working I called Henry and he was rude disrespectful and even used crude language over the phone telling me that that is not his problem. I requested that he have it sorted. He said he would but 2 weeks later he does not answer his phone or any WhatsApp messages. When you phone the dealership, he is always gone . His wife on the other hand gets back to you after2 or 3 days making lots of promises that he is still seeking parts but nothing materializes. She also has gone the silent route . Not answering calls or WhatsApp messages. If you phone them from a different number, they answer and make promises. When you try phoning again from that number, they don't answer. So, in short people do not do business with this company as they are quick to take your money but after sales customer service is nonexistent. As for the lady in the office Candice she is a real honest person and every time I phoned the office she tried to assist to the best of her ability Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else don't trust this dealership. If the dealership comes with an amicable solution to the problem i will retract my review and write something more positive Lets see if Zenith Auto in Johannesburg is truly customer service orientated or is it just about scheming people out of their money and not doing as they have promised

They are a ****
By far the worst delership ive ever worked with..i have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now and they all keep ignoring my messages and are not even trying to help I have been calling and messaging them and they still ignore my requests They DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!! And im still waiting for my refund

By far the worst delership ive ever worked with..i have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now and they all keep ignoring my messages and are not even trying to help I have been calling and messaging them and they still ignore my requests They DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!! And im still waiting for my refund

I'd advise you to speak to Tom
I bought a 2017 Renault Capture from Tom an the car is awesome. He activated our warranty and have been using the car without any problems. Thank you Tom for your awesome service and assistance. I definitely will refer friends and family to buy from you too. Thank you sir!

I am happy with Tom's service.
I bought a 2019 Toyota Etios from Tom last year in November, i am using the car for Uber and he assisted me with the car's registration and DEKRA. My finance application went on quick and he really saved me a lot of time as I am always at work. Thank you Tom and Henry for your good service, I will surely recommend you to others.
