I bought a vehicle form the said dealer . I was informed that the vehicle was in a minor accident but from the onlook it was not that bad. I drove nearly a 1000 km without any issues on the vehicle . I needed to book the vehicle in for its 15000 km service . I phoned the dealership and told them that there is a few issues i noticed that i did not pick up on the short test drive . For 1 the vehicles cruise control was not working. No matter what i did on the open road to get it functioning it was not working. The front camera was not working neither and this was only realized the day after I bought the vehicle driving it long distance The owner of the place Henry assured me that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle mechanically . Well when I took it in for the first service I found out it missed the 5000km service The front radar was completely broken hence the cruise control and front camera system not working I called Henry and he was rude disrespectful and even used crude language over the phone telling me that that is not his problem. I requested that he have it sorted. He said he would but 2 weeks later he does not answer his phone or any WhatsApp messages. When you phone the dealership, he is always gone . His wife on the other hand gets back to you after2 or 3 days making lots of promises that he is still seeking parts but nothing materializes. She also has gone the silent route . Not answering calls or WhatsApp messages. If you phone them from a different number, they answer and make promises. When you try phoning again from that number, they don't answer. So, in short people do not do business with this company as they are quick to take your money but after sales customer service is nonexistent. As for the lady in the office Candice she is a real honest person and every time I phoned the office she tried to assist to the best of her ability Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else don't trust this dealership. If the dealership comes with an amicable solution to the problem i will retract my review and write something more positive Lets see if Zenith Auto in Johannesburg is truly customer service orientated or is it just about scheming people out of their money and not doing as they have promised
The best service when it comes to friendly staff efficiency and good quick service I have been to this drive through a few times and believe me the staff is always on point friendly willing to help and the service is super-fast . Keep it up
Whilst waiting for passengers from a flight landing at the King Phalo airport I was very unhappy about the manner in which the airport Information staff were behaving . This is my account of events on more than 1 occasion First time I was awaiting passengers the info desk personnel (4) of them were laughing and talking extremely loudly and there was a lady with a baby that they awoke with their loud talking and laughter The second event the lady was so consumed on her cellphone and was unaware of her surroundings Above that she was chewing gum and popping bubbles that was heard meters away by people awaiting to fetch their loved or fetching Frieds 'This to me is a poor reflection on the front-line staff of an organization that prides themself in values morals and striving to be the best and also a poor reflection on the management of this department allowing this kind of behavior. I hope my next encounter with the airport staff will be more professional less noisy and more customer orientated ,
