Don't trust the money back guarantee

They state 30 day money back guarantee with no T&C referred to. Yet, when you ask for your money back, they refer to all kinds of T&C, refund and return policies and standard policies. I searched their website for these and could not find any. On top of that they agreed per email that: "We sincerely apologize if this was not clear on the website, and we are reviewing the page content to ensure the policy wording is even more transparent going forward." Admission of fault and still no money back.
