Zestura tanning captules
I bought 3 packets of tanning tablets. This was 19 September today have received nothing. They keep saying it's on its way but this is ridiculous. I told them I will be reporting them. Think it could be s ****.

Don't trust the money back guarantee
They state 30 day money back guarantee with no T&C referred to. Yet, when you ask for your money back, they refer to all kinds of T&C, refund and return policies and standard policies. I searched their website for these and could not find any. On top of that they agreed per email that: "We sincerely apologize if this was not clear on the website, and we are reviewing the page content to ensure the policy wording is even more transparent going forward." Admission of fault and still no money back.

Do not shop off this website. If i could give them a negative score i would. After weeks of trying to get hold of someone as the products had not been delivered they eventually arrived and are ****, not the same name as on the website. They do not accept returns even though the product has not been opened.

DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THIS WEBSITE
Do not shop off this website. If i could give them a negative score i would. I really wish I had checked the reviews here before placing my order. I ordered on Friday the 7th August and received an email on the 9th August saying it had been shipped , but my gut kept telling me this might just be a ****. Funny how most of their so-called “products” are priced at exactly R599! They have no contact number, only the same email address everyone mentions in the reviews. I highly doubt I’ll ever receive my order, and I know they couldn’t care less. I just hope anyone considering buying from them checks HelloPeter first before making the same mistake.

Be careful of this company. The email address for support doesn't even exist. Support@zestura.co.za. I feel i was ****med as I ordered tanning drops which I haven't received and can't trace
