My business Telkom line is down I have call forward on my line. It is a business, and so I am losing business with the phone line being down. I simply asked for Telkom to forward calls to my cell number during the period while my phone is down as I am losing business. I get a long story that it will take 5 to 10 working days just to forward my calls to that number. So what do I do until they fix my line. Lose business. How do I sue Telkom for this loss of business. Their service is simply shocking
How do I as a business and Nursery School get Telkom to divert my faulty landline to my cellphone number until it is fixed.? I have now phoned 3 different people who have assured it it has been done.
