Beware of ZingPay
I made a withdrawal from Deriv 8 days ago and I've sent numerous emails to both ZingPay and Deriv. Deriv pleads innocence by saying that they have released the funds to ZingPay. ZingPay does not respond at all.

21 Mar 2024, 15:52Deriv finally escalated the matter and I received my money after 9 days. ZingPay has still not responded to my emails. The better way to withdraw money from Deriv is to convert it to LiteCoin and send it to Binance who will give you your money within ten minutes directly to your bank account.
