I honestly can't believe the service and quality of this bank. I always associated FNB with prestige, but nothing works. If you try to do a simple thing like request a forgotten username or password it's impossible. You are forced to go into the bank. And if you try to chat to a customer service agent, don't bother. You cannot chat to them unless you have the mobile app. And then you still can't chat to them because you don't have your login details. Really people, get your act together. For the amount of money you take from people every month, surely you could invest in a better online presence and user friendly interface. Capitec is better than you. TymeBank is better than you. That's why you're losing customers. If any other bank offered a PayPal connection I wouldn't even bother trying to open an account with you. This is the most difficult bank to open an account with online.
Once again great service from the team at VE Hosting who have now changed their name to WebWay. Thank you to Lassie and everyone else who were patient with me until I had my banking sorted out and did not charge me interest on outstanding fees. My phone was ****** and I couldn't get the number back because I was using a simcard RICA'd in someone else's name. I had to go to each of my banks and change my number there. Then I was able to make the payments via the Capitec instant pay feature. I still think you guys should have an option to do a direct deposit using our account as the reference just in case of situations like this, but I'm sure you have valid reasons why you discontinued that option. I made a withdrawal from Deriv 8 days ago and I've sent numerous emails to both ZingPay and Deriv. Deriv pleads innocence by saying that they have released the funds to ZingPay. ZingPay does not respond at all.
I have literally been begging this company to let me pay them for their monthly web hosting plan but their response on WhatsApp is totally non-committal and they take ages to respond. I've patiently and politely continued to ask them for updates or progress but they don't answer. I'm just happy I saw their attitude before I paid. Now I'll definitely go with another web hosting company. And they can keep the domain name.

2 days ago I landed up factory resetting my android because the MTN towers were down and I thought it was my phone. During that period I lost all my airtime and data trying to use my phone. When I phoned them to complain that it had depleted my airtime instead of my data (and then the data too) they said it was my fault for having an app running! How the fuck was I supposed to know that the towers are offline and I must now turn off my apps to prevent them from depleting my airtime?? And as if that wasn't enough, this morning I load a daily uncapped R40 data plan using *141*2# to rectify all the loss of my apps and updates when I factory reset the phone (because of the towers). Would you believe that 30 minutes later I get a msg saying I have no data. Omfg! So I phone them and they tell me it was my fault because I selected the R3 data plan instead of the R40 plan. Firstly that is fucking impossible because they are on 2 different option pages and secondly I don't smoke weed or drink alcohol or take any fucking tablets and I don't have squint eyes and I don't use glasses so God knows I didn't choose the damn R3 data plan. Their response: they tell me it's my fault. Lmfao.
