Sold us a broken Wifi Router

Bad serves! Sold us a Wifi router over R2000, the Wifi Router can not read Sim cards and keeps disconnecting, we have good signal where we stay and all our MTN devises works except for this router.

They said they would fix it, it has been 2months, no feedback from them, we have to go into the store for them to give us feedback, don't even have the desensy to phone and update us about any happenings.

Would not recommend buying anything from them...
