Good Day, I am a KeyHealth member. It is starting to cost me more to be with you and not be able to go to a doctor etc as my account is on hold, then it would be for me to just leave KeyHealth and join another medical aid. Not only am I paying the hospital fees, and my monthly fees. But I get no benefits from this. If fact I need to pay medical providers for reports you need @R850 each as they refuse to claim it from you. I have been spoken to by numerous agents trying to understand your “non disclosure agreements” as I’ve never been to hospital since the day I was born. So this is an unknown area for me. And all though I know you are a company and you have steps to follow, which is understandable but I find it at the same time to be very “robotic” and “script sentences” from everyone I spoke to. I grew up on KeyHealth my parents and I was with you and I believed that this is the best medical aid out there, hence I joined KeyHealth. I’ve been put under the lime light when you have my medical reports on claims as a child. You know I didn’t have hidden medical conditions. You have shown me that I can be loyal and pay my monthly dues but when the time comes that you are needed you are nowehere to be found.(My R9000 hospital bill would’ve been covered in just two month of me being with you.) You still made months more in profit from me. I am not a robot, I am a human being and you disappeared within one bill. Literally the only hospital bill I have ever had and grew up knowing THAT’S why you need medical aid. Truth be told you needed my money more than you needed me as a client. I am disappointed and disgusted by your lack of service
Unhelpful consultants. I ordered a contract phone via Vodacom and it will be delivered to my residential address. I work remotely and spend 3 weeks a month away from home. When I go on leave my phone would have been ready and waiting at home. So now Vodacom refuses to have my mother sign for my phone! Not even asking cool send us a proof of ID… YOU NOT HOME YOU CANNOT GET YOUR PHONE…. Quick to take my money quick to be unhelpful too.
My last order with Takealot I’m actually done jumping through their hoops with their customer service who cannot read an email whereby photos have been attached. You see Takealot marked the wrong Parcel as delivered. So now of course my wedding alcohol is replaced by a packet of vitamins and nail glue…. I have no words their customer service has just decreased over the years. This was in fact my last order with them. Much better hassle free sites to use who are actually reliable….
Very deceiving website, with not much info on products. Bought two flower vases they ended up being unusable plastic sleeve tube (definitely not a flower vase). I also bought a bean bag chair which delivered as follows. Beans in a transparent garbage bag, bag hidden in the middle of the beans. My house was a mess and after assembly it turned out to be a kiddies bean bag. Not impressed with their descriptions nor receiving my whole order in a garbage bag.
So I while back I slipped and fell at work. Got a laceration on my chin and a big bump on my head since it was a tile floor. I went to the closet hospital an hour and half away from me to get my head injury scanned and stitches for my chin. I received the most poor service from Mr K in their claims department. Upon numerous emails I asked him to forward my email to a manager. He wouldn’t submit my claim with a PAID receipt as the scans where not with an Affinity Health provider. I have had much better service in the past from them and if I didn’t receive good service in the past I would have definitely cancelled my membership. I would still recommend Affinity Health but I would recommend dealing with a different member in their claims department.
Poor customer service. I ordered my parcel on the 25th and was told to wait as they didn't have a few items in stock. (This should be noted online, but anyway) So I waited a few days and was told that my parcel is ready to be shipped. They shipped my parcel to PE (nothing wrong with my shipping address I gave them) and not to Limpopo. I mean you went completely the wrong way from Joburg. I've sent numerous emails and get no response at all!
Zip.Com sold a broken Wifi router it was at the beginning of December, we then took the router back and was told that it would have been fixed a long time ago. Zip.Com would not even phone to explain any progress. D-Link itself has no rush in fixing this router it has been more then a month now!! Really bad service from both companies...
Bad serves! Sold us a Wifi router over R2000, the Wifi Router can not read Sim cards and keeps disconnecting, we have good signal where we stay and all our MTN devises works except for this router. They said they would fix it, it has been 2months, no feedback from them, we have to go into the store for them to give us feedback, don't even have the desensy to phone and update us about any happenings. Would not recommend buying anything from them...
