Amazing service. Exceptional efficient and delivery on time. Items wrapped carefully to avoid any breaking or in transit damage. Also items priced very reasonably and better than most. Would just prefer if items on website showed the expiry date if expiry is within 6months

Placed a big order for Christmas (yes, that's over 6 months ago). Paid in full. Was then informed that a few items couldn't be fulfilled which was ok as there was communication and the promise to refund the cost of said items. I replied in response to how I'd like to be refunded and then waited. And waited. And waited. Followed up. Again. And again. Finally posted on FB and was contacted with a promise of it being resolve. And guess what? I'm still waiting. Appalling. Absolutely appalling.

Placed a big order for Christmas (yes, that's over 6 months ago). Paid in full. Was then informed that a few items couldn't be fulfilled which was ok as there was communication and the promise to refund the cost of said items. I replied in response to how I'd like to be refunded and then waited. And waited. And waited. Followed up. Again. And again. Finally posted on FB and was contacted with a promise of it being resolve. And guess what? I'm still waiting. Appalling. Absolutely appalling.

Orders were placed for Easter products at the end of March 2021, payment was made in full. Products were delivered days after Easter and some customers were informed that due to damages not all items could be delivered and a refund may be requested. I immediately advised them of my wish to receive a refund and provided my banking details. Almost 2 months later, and after many promises, refunds have still not been made. Telephone numbers do not exist or are not answered, emails are not answered and a message left for the Owner Andrew Kemp had no result. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company, also known as Sweets Sensations.

Poor customer service. I ordered my parcel on the 25th and was told to wait as they didn't have a few items in stock. (This should be noted online, but anyway) So I waited a few days and was told that my parcel is ready to be shipped. They shipped my parcel to PE (nothing wrong with my shipping address I gave them) and not to Limpopo. I mean you went completely the wrong way from Joburg. I've sent numerous emails and get no response at all!

I ordered Easter goodies on 26 March and to date, no response, delivery or updates to the order. Absolutely no acknowledgment of my many emails and contact number on website just rings with no answer. What would be the purpose of receiving the kids Easter chocolates after Easter? No response at all from this supplier and terrible service. I will not use them again. I expect a credit of my +-R850 purchase but am not holding my breath!!!
