Orders were placed for Easter products at the end of March 2021, payment was made in full. Products were delivered days after Easter and some customers were informed that due to damages not all items could be delivered and a refund may be requested. I immediately advised them of my wish to receive a refund and provided my banking details. Almost 2 months later, and after many promises, refunds have still not been made. Telephone numbers do not exist or are not answered, emails are not answered and a message left for the Owner Andrew Kemp had no result. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company, also known as Sweets Sensations.
