Most disgusting Removal company ever!! Their Truck was impounded by the EMPD with all my furniture in as it had a fraudulent license! Not ONCE has the owner or anyone contacted me, I had to phone them ALL the time!! Then I had to take the driver to Sandton to collect another truck, or else Victor, the owner of the company's response was "I can't do anything" Then the idiots sent a smaller truck to fetch my stuff at the police pound, needless to say, not all my stuff fit into the truck. Every time Victor to try arrange fetching rest of my stuff he was so arrogant and said he is not working for me, he will not do as I say! Eventually I had to arrange to fetch my stuff with someone else! Had to pay the full amount even though not all my furniture was delivered and not with the truck that I paid for! Not once has anyone apologised to me! These people are disgusting and obviously not operating legally on the road! Be very careful when choosing a removal company.
Good morning. The details of what transpired are like this. After the client submitted her details to request a quotation, to move I sent her quotation of R1400.
She was moving from 2nd floor to a 2nd floor Apartment. And we charge R150 per floor that is another R600, and she agreed to pay.
A day prior the move date, the client told me that on her apartment and also on the delivery address they don’t allow more than 3 ton trucks.
I explained to her that its difficult to a 3 ton closed body truck but 3.5 ton truck yes, its there, however according to the list of the furniture she gave me it needed a 4 ton truck or more.
I therefore charged her shuttle of R1000,which I later discounted her to R500.
Client was booked for 8am on the 30th but because of the busy schedule of that day and the nature of her job I kindly asked to shift the move to 1pm as it was going to take a lot of time, and she agreed.
See the attached signed quotation which she agreed to pay all that.
She paid her deposit of R700 so the balance was supposed to be R700 +R600 for stairs+R500 for shuttle.
After the job has been done she only paid the balance of R700 and shuttle of R500 and utterly refused to pay the R600 for the upstairs, that is, R150 x 4 floors.
Even the balance of R700 for the move it took more than an hour after the job has been done.
The client insulted us and called us names, especially the man he uttered very racist words, after that I told him that he must be careful with his choice of words because he will pay more than the R600 he refused to pay the guys. Is that a threat?
The money fore stairs and shuttle or long carry is the bonus money we give to our workers then is clients refuse to pay then it will be a problem.
I am glad they reported the case because I have the whole conversation recorded and the proof that she agreed to pay for the stairs and shuttle which I even discounted.
Best regards,

Best regards,
We sincerely sorry for what happened that day. The truck was not impounded because of the fake licence disk but it was expired. The police needed money of which we couldnt give them hence they impounded the truck.
Truly I sent for a 3.5 ton truck to rescue the situation and was prepared to do 2 trips, but after one trip the police couldnt allow us to load the remainder of stuff. we arranged to collect the stuff the following day. But we couldnt do the in the morning as we have other scheduled loads hence we phoned and asked to collect the remaining stuff on Monday.
I called to you to notify you that I want going to the yard to collect the remaining stuff and you said it was fine. I got to the yard where the remaining stuff was I was stuff by the police the you and your husband had collected the stuff, i contacted you and you utterly denied having collected the stuff and you pursued demanding you stuff.
We were then cctv footage of collecting the stuff that when I told you that it was wrong to misrepresenting facts and false pretending that your stuff was stolen when in actual facts you had collected it.
However we still apologise for all the problems and inconveniences we caused you
