Ziremovals - Stay away pathetic customer service!
Ziremovals is a company to stay very far away from. I paid R3500 deposit and about two weeks prior to my collection date I requested confirmation from them for the collection date and time. I sent four separate emails over a four day period and eventually got a feeble excuse that they were out. (Not one person to man an email?) The this week I sent a further two emails over two days with no response. I called three different numbers on their website today and yesterday on several occasions and could not get through to one of them. This is unheard of and also no landline number or voice message so as to leave a voice message. In the meantime as my collection date is tomorrow and out of sheer desperation I have contacted another removal company who assisted me at short notice. This is obviously some fly-by-night company operating from home with no experience in customer service. Stay very far away, you have been warned!!

Excellent Service by Ziremovals
I did an urgent booking after having been failed before by other companies. I contacted Victor and he promised to send a truck from Johannesburg as l was moving from Barberton. Within 4 and half hours the truck was at my gate with four guys who were very polite. It took us an hour to pack everything and the guys help us clean the house. Goods were nicely packed and no scratches, they had enough Blankets. I totally recommend these guys as l had a stress free move

Excellent Service by Ziremovals

You'll regret this forever when choosing them!!!
Most disgusting Removal company ever!! Their Truck was impounded by the EMPD with all my furniture in as it had a fraudulent license! Not ONCE has the owner or anyone contacted me, I had to phone them ALL the time!! Then I had to take the driver to Sandton to collect another truck, or else Victor, the owner of the company's response was "I can't do anything" Then the idiots sent a smaller truck to fetch my stuff at the police pound, needless to say, not all my stuff fit into the truck. Every time Victor to try arrange fetching rest of my stuff he was so arrogant and said he is not working for me, he will not do as I say! Eventually I had to arrange to fetch my stuff with someone else! Had to pay the full amount even though not all my furniture was delivered and not with the truck that I paid for! Not once has anyone apologised to me! These people are disgusting and obviously not operating legally on the road! Be very careful when choosing a removal company.
