Ziremovals is a company to stay very far away from. I paid R3500 deposit and about two weeks prior to my collection date I requested confirmation from them for the collection date and time. I sent four separate emails over a four day period and eventually got a feeble excuse that they were out. (Not one person to man an email?) The this week I sent a further two emails over two days with no response. I called three different numbers on their website today and yesterday on several occasions and could not get through to one of them. This is unheard of and also no landline number or voice message so as to leave a voice message. In the meantime as my collection date is tomorrow and out of sheer desperation I have contacted another removal company who assisted me at short notice. This is obviously some fly-by-night company operating from home with no experience in customer service. Stay very far away, you have been warned!!

I purchased a 2012 VW touareg from Auto Extreme in Sliverton Pretoria. I enquired if the vehicle had one owner and if the vehicle was in a good condition. I was assured it had one owner and it was perfect. While in Port Elizabeth on holiday, suddenly I heard a loud bang and the vehicle would not engage in drive. After being towed in I was informed that a the engine had previously been removed and in the process a part on the prop shaft was not replaced. The fact that the prop shaft only came loose 1000km later after a trip from Johannesburg with my family was a miracle as the senior mechanic at Tavcor PE informed me. I was also informed that the vehicle had no engine cover (an extra cost of R4500 I had to incur) and that the mounting of the engine was quite loose. How on earth does a car in this condition get through roadworthy and sold to an unsuspecting customer? Also the vehicle was towed into Newcastle by the second owner and therfore did not have one owner only as advertised in the autotrader. I also traded my Honda CRV in on this vehicle and checked on their website, low and behold this vehicle is advertised as one owner, a pre-owned vehicle I purchased myself. My advice is to excercise extreme caution when dealing with auto extreme. As the name suggests they are extremely devious auto dealers!! Stay away!!!!!!!
