I want my money back

I ordered 3 wigs that was on special in October, still are on special I think, from Zoey Nature. She claimed that I would get my wigs within a month if there is a delay, but it’s been 4 months now, I’m still waiting. When I ask her, she keeps on telling me to have patience my order will be sent as soon as it’s prepared. Like, why was my order not prepared the day they received the money? Why isn’t it prepared the moment I keep asking about it? I think she can’t handle her business, is so unprofessional and she doesn’t have customer service at all. Now I’m at a point where I want my money. I don’t want those wigs anymore, they’re probably not even good quality. To save yourself a headache, do not ever make a mistake of buying from Zoey.
