The wig looks attractive in the shade (in store) until exposed to the sun then the wig looks like absolute plastic! She should have said it’s synthetic instead of “blended”. The pictures are a false adverti*****t as I went there personally and what is shown in pictures didn’t match what’s on display. The closure is botched!

Unhappy with her service
I ordered a wigs from Zoey in October till today I haven't receive my order she kept on saying she will make my order priority but she failed as now it's been 5 months and nothing is happening.. I am very disappointed with her service.. And I don't understand how can she give new orders priority and forget about October orders. Seeing the reviews on hello Peter that's shows that she doesn't care if we report or not.. Zoey treat your clients with respect and equally regardless of how much they paid. 😡😡😡

Unhappy with her service
I ordered a wigs from Zoey in October till today I haven't receive my order she kept on saying she will make my order priority but she failed as now it's been 5 months and nothing is happening.. I am very disappointed with her service.. And I don't understand how can she give new orders priority and forget about October orders. I want my money back
I ordered 3 wigs that was on special in October, still are on special I think, from Zoey Nature. She claimed that I would get my wigs within a month if there is a delay, but it’s been 4 months now, I’m still waiting. When I ask her, she keeps on telling me to have patience my order will be sent as soon as it’s prepared. Like, why was my order not prepared the day they received the money? Why isn’t it prepared the moment I keep asking about it? I think she can’t handle her business, is so unprofessional and she doesn’t have customer service at all. Now I’m at a point where I want my money. I don’t want those wigs anymore, they’re probably not even good quality. To save yourself a headache, do not ever make a mistake of buying from Zoey. Affordable wigs
After a 7 weeks I finally got my hair. They have very affordable hair that is easy to resell. Communication is terrible but I am very happy with my hair. I will definitely shop again for the affordability. It put me at ease to know that they have a store in Pretoria. I would have thought it was a **** because of the waiting period.

It is affordable and she is honest about the texture
I ordered and got my hair within a few days, I opted for priority delivery. I had to pay extra R100 for delivery to be quicker of which was not much of an bummer because there hair is so cheap, and I’m happy with my purchase. The wigs are very very affordable and good quality. It’s not Brazilian and I like that she is honest about the texture. I will definitely order again soon
