Terrible Wigs and Service

I am extremely disappointed with Zoey Wigs and their terrible service. I placed an order for a 3 wig combo special on the 12th of August 2023,I made numerous inquiries regarding delivery after months absolute silence from her. She made various excuses, from her shipment getting lost at sea from China to having a massive backlog. I eventually received my order on the 19th of April 2024, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The wigs were all obviously synthetic and brown in colour, whereas those depicted in the promo pictures were all black with lace closures, one could tell that they were a blend. The ones I received were purely plastic with unnatural looking closures. I conveyed my displeasure to Zoey on WhatsApp ,however she blue ticked me. I will never order hair online ever again!
