unqualified incompetence, theft ,ineptitude chancer.

zollview investments operated by Joshua nyokanhete a zimbabwean, operating out of his home in kempton park . ,who has come to south africa to take a chance giving poor, unsupervised and inexperience unqualified work, ranging from pool installs , construction work ,plumbing and even solar installations which all require the necessary qualifications and safety experience / expertise or qualifications. looking at what he did at our site and the "guys " that he dropped off i don't believe anyone that stood on our site including joshua is qualified in any of the above. joshua trading as "pool and gutter " "solar installations"or "zollview investments" was contracted to install a pool at our property for this complaint. he appeared on our site with "guys"and drop them off , they are clueless ,he also has no running vehicle and borrows bakkies or makes excuses sending pictures of a s**** sedan barely running car why he can't appear on site . his guys mucked around all day laughing and joking and the professionalism is near to zero as they attempted to undertake to complete the pool structure late into the evening with generated light during loadshedding at my cost .he was to supply paving stones and failed to do that . after taking our deposit he appeared for only 1day with no tools to undertake the job .they even failed to install the weir on the pool only to turn up with a garden pick 2 days later and started to smash into the pool wall to "install " the weir . i just couldn't believe what i was seeing .Joshua stood by and said nothing . material wasted, his guys left an absolute bombsite of a mess on the site ,and we had to employ outside workers to clean up the mess and wastage including all over the street cement thrown everywhere had to be manually removed and chopped up . his unqualified clueless alleged "plumber " and "plasterer" , made even more of a mess and wastage of my supplied materials skew plastering, clueless on pool plumbing. . i confronted him about the entire fiasco with a list and he brushed it off , i demanded my money back and laughed at me . i had no choice but to seek courts assistance to recover our monies, at the hearing, then blatantly fabricated and falsified his version to the magistrate, from criticizing myself, my site, the "job was to hard", he made no comment on the theft of property from my property caught on our surveillance cams , etc etc . telling the magistrate the job was 90% complete when he only appeared 1 day on the job to build a pool, which was a structural catastrophic that needed to be partially broken down by another contractor due to its structural failure. it took 13k for a new contractor to undertake and secure the structural integrity of the pool wall . he is not to be trusted on any level. court judgement ruled in my favour for him to return 90% of my money which he has failed to do so to date . it has today been further escalated to a civil claim against him. i believe the reason he hasn't returned my monies is because he has already spent it, which speaks volumes of how he operates, and had no intention of completing the job anyway.
