dangerous works ,poor service ,no compensation and a highly pathetic disappointing ceo
had the meter man install 2 3 phase meters using their "QUALIFIED" ELECTRICIAN. after a week we had a fire from the meter ,had to get an emergency electrician and fire unit to the premises. contacted the service center who said they were sorry and that they would give me a new meter to replace the fire damaged unit . besides some building damage and replacement of several wires ,they refused to compensate for the damages and or give any remedial compensation. they ceo is nothing more than a ***ard and has his subordinate relay messages to us . what type of individual reneges from responsibilities on dangerous workmanship endangering life and property. further we will be reporting this to the electrical board since the gutless ceo is to scared to face the problem. we will pull our entire prepaid fleet from the meter man due to accountability issues. its buyer beware !!

evasive ,selling of sick hens ,will not refund .
his place grehenheim german shepards also sell poultry . https://www.grepoultry.co.za/ sonya sold us 5 layers that are sick. Sonya is the owner who "doesn't deal with the birds " but was happy to pick out ,sell and take the money. the money paid was a premium as expected from fully vaccinated birds .her ongoing responses were/are unapologetic and belligerent. apparently this Frikkie deals with the birds who is unavailable yet also sonyas husband .the guy fails to contact us using sonya as the "spokesman " giving us all sorts of reasons why he cant contact us and deal with "his birds " .according to sonya they dont plan /wont refund but will replace with more sick birds .its been noted by my vet the birds possibly could have avian flu .we going to, further make enquiries with the authorities on this as to investigate if their birds carry avian flu or and other hen sicknesses ,but further tests need to be conducted which i have now booked to do to further investigate at my expense since the birds should not be ill due to the alleged "vaccinations ".its clear by the woman's tone of emails and messages they refuse TO refund and smirked and laughed that livestock doesnt fall under the CPA on returns and will not refund . its clear they arnt honest nor accepting of their responsibilities, and evasive to conduct ethical business nor have concerns in handing over sick animals .we paid premium for the pullet layers (10 week old )at R260 per bird and WERE TOLD that the birds are full vaccinated and at that price per bird one can expect that the premium price would be expected on a full vaccinated bird . its well over 1.5 hours drive one way to waste time only to drop these infected birds off ,with no confirmed response. the farm where these birds are kept appears somewhat cramped also ,lots of of dogs in cages on this property which doesn't look healthy nor look like prescribed safe and healthy animal keeping ..

unqualified incompetence, theft ,ineptitude chancer.
zollview investments operated by Joshua nyokanhete a zimbabwean, operating out of his home in kempton park . ,who has come to south africa to take a chance giving poor, unsupervised and inexperience unqualified work, ranging from pool installs , construction work ,plumbing and even solar installations which all require the necessary qualifications and safety experience / expertise or qualifications. looking at what he did at our site and the "guys " that he dropped off i don't believe anyone that stood on our site including joshua is qualified in any of the above. joshua trading as "pool and gutter " "solar installations"or "zollview investments" was contracted to install a pool at our property for this complaint. he appeared on our site with "guys"and drop them off , they are clueless ,he also has no running vehicle and borrows bakkies or makes excuses sending pictures of a s**** sedan barely running car why he can't appear on site . his guys mucked around all day laughing and joking and the professionalism is near to zero as they attempted to undertake to complete the pool structure late into the evening with generated light during loadshedding at my cost .he was to supply paving stones and failed to do that . after taking our deposit he appeared for only 1day with no tools to undertake the job .they even failed to install the weir on the pool only to turn up with a garden pick 2 days later and started to smash into the pool wall to "install " the weir . i just couldn't believe what i was seeing .Joshua stood by and said nothing . material wasted, his guys left an absolute bombsite of a mess on the site ,and we had to employ outside workers to clean up the mess and wastage including all over the street cement thrown everywhere had to be manually removed and chopped up . his unqualified clueless alleged "plumber " and "plasterer" , made even more of a mess and wastage of my supplied materials skew plastering, clueless on pool plumbing. . i confronted him about the entire fiasco with a list and he brushed it off , i demanded my money back and laughed at me . i had no choice but to seek courts assistance to recover our monies, at the hearing, then blatantly fabricated and falsified his version to the magistrate, from criticizing myself, my site, the "job was to hard", he made no comment on the theft of property from my property caught on our surveillance cams , etc etc . telling the magistrate the job was 90% complete when he only appeared 1 day on the job to build a pool, which was a structural catastrophic that needed to be partially broken down by another contractor due to its structural failure. it took 13k for a new contractor to undertake and secure the structural integrity of the pool wall . he is not to be trusted on any level. court judgement ruled in my favour for him to return 90% of my money which he has failed to do so to date . it has today been further escalated to a civil claim against him. i believe the reason he hasn't returned my monies is because he has already spent it, which speaks volumes of how he operates, and had no intention of completing the job anyway.

belligerent ,untrustworthy and unprofessional.
they operate out of roodepoort . we cant comment on the work ,because none was done .owner packs up and walks of the job and our 50% deposit . belligerent owner , wants 100% money upfront on arrival before work commences , walked off the job 1.5 hrs later after failing to reason with him on guarantee surety on payment after the job . they frip-flop and reneg on the agreement ,no terms and conditions they make them us as they go . . doesn't adhere to CPA. payment is made into a personal account because the "business account "was "hacked". . later that evening then attempted to extort 2k from our deposit .it takes social media reviews to force them to repay our money in full. we now dealing with ongoing harassment via email and watsapps of interdicts and other legal threats for posting reviews on their actions and behaviour .these people are a husband a wife setup . be warned.

SCAMMERS solarsure distributors.
Solar sure distributors operating out of , 42 Beverly drive south Constantin kloof , roodepoort , 1709 , cell 0823391602, 0826300200 email : sales.solarsure@gmail.com . The female owner and wife in this CC E vd westhuisen of this took a 50% eft deposit 0f 12k from us . On arrival to our property a large male j vd westhuisen who sat most of the time either on a chair or in his car , appeared unwilling to participate in any work as promised by the wife he was actively involved in the job . arrival at our property . He Then got his workers to offload pieces of a metal frame and they proceeded to stage an assembly of this frame , and also dismantling of my HWS. Aporox . 1.5 hours later, after arrival He then belligerently demanded another 50% payment immediately .i reminded him that the agreement with the wife was full payment after work done which she agreed to , which she then later denied. No receipt of deposit or correct invoice was received from them , at any time . Jannie ( male) refused all and any other surety options and suggestions to guarantee full payment after the work was done. they both raised my suspicion on their integrity after their display of arrogance and failure to come to any surety agreement that the wife agreed to via telephone which would have safeguarded my confidence that the work would be supplied and done to a proper standard .their modus operandi was engineered to scam and forcefully demanded full payment upfront for no work or product. I have no doubt they would have in any case left the property without work done even if I made an eft full payment in front of Jannie . These people have no intention to supply and install. He then proceeded to leave the property with my solar unit after he unsuccessfully couldent extract the balance out of me . I made Multiple phone calls to the wife who accepted the money in a private bank account 3 days earlier, then would not return my calls . With no other option and my deposit money not returned in full SAPS has now been engaged for fraud and theft against the pair . CPA ombudsman , and the product supplier who they supply have been noted . these people are scammers and advertise on platforms like Facebook . The do not plan to undertake any work or provide any service which they portrayed to advertise . They are totally untrustworthy and not one word can be believed. BEWARE this is a stark warning !

Poor,unethical ,clueless ,foolish and childish Alex gagiano
We have had a serious unprofessional and unethical telephone confrontation with an alex Gagiano . (The star should reflect - 1 star.) We are and never will sign up with this disappointing behaviour . Alleging to be the “ owner” and admitted to Colluding and harboring a suspect ,casing out property cameras,due to Gagiano personal connections to the suspect it appears that she is not new to collusion and harassment, incl posting up on all media’s and falsifying facts and incl. advertising and attempting to defame us our business on groups and Facebook. Gagiano portrays as nothing more than a childish inept paltry operator that extends this culture to a subset of their staff . I strongly recommend- not dealing with sos 24/7 edenvale who side up with police , who are reluctant to investigate her actions and threats. It appears crystal clear Alex Gagiano is lawless and confident in acting “above the law “. People beware, support arrogant bigots who read from the Bible and threaten people.

Dodgy aluminium window and door suppliers
Poor service , the salesman employed named Kameran from action glass swindled and gained out trust and took cash payments without issuing receipts Despite relentlessly asking for it . The operations manager defends and evaded responsibility stating that it not the companies fault or their policy . Secondly the company Failed to deliver or rectify or offer a reimbur*****t . The doors and window quality and install is average to poor . The whole experience was evasive , all processes took zero ownership . Ahmed the operations manager alleges he will “ investigate “ which we don’t believe by his responses. This company, and I can’t state that enough , is Untrusting and misleading !!!

ineptitude and belligerence is only the beginning.
hopeless ,clueless , inept. ' amoungst the multitude of persons on the job ,they couldn't even conclude the final tally of all costs despite specifically asking and requiring them to do so. taking instructions is not a strong point at all. .one "person is clueless on what the other is doing ,and infact question you if they even the correct company dealing with your transfer?? . the arrogance and ineptitude rises to a new level when one expects the IQ to be of a level that they dont need to be ****fed . failing all this and finalizing our bill it appears they "forgot "to add their costs and with no recourse for their stupidity file the account a day later with their collections attorneys on amounts not even valid. be aware these amateurs will mess u around and ***** up your deal. buyer be aware !!

the ceo shcaefer ,and els the evasive employee and propaganda runner ,has mislead and colluded with trustees .we have millions missing ,no transparency and its taken 3 months + to äudit "the financials with the trustees apparently there to sign off on it . its going to be interesting how they going to sign off on 7 bar missing .over inflated costs by trafalgar "services ,over priced service providers ,non compliant overpriced insurances run by trafalgar that dont pay out, service providers not for filling their full contracts and paid in full only to employ outside services at extra costs and thats only the tip of the ice-burg , els and michael evade constantly . the actual managing agent is as usless as **** on a bull ,they already facing serious financial allegations with CSOS ..any other complex in a similar position?? . please leave your comment here .

Charl is his name , time waster and arrogant . Overcharging and poor workmanship . Failed to return some materials and cabinets had to lay a charge of theft to get my prepaid cabinets returned . Do not use this guy , he warned .
