I really want to start off with the consultants at ZF.
My husband and I joined with a joint contract, however after a while, I decided I no longer wanted a contract, we both went in store, confirmed if I can cancel mine or have it removed from his.
This was advised by a consultant, will be done.
Months had gone by, I was under the impression that I no longer have an account, until I received a bill stating it's still active, I went into the branch, confronted the consultant that had given incorrect information, Liam.
According to the OM, indirectly the consultant is right, no matter the incorrect information given by him.
We decided to pay whatever was on the account. Because of bad service and incorrect information from the consultant, when I made the payment, I asked the consultant that was assisting us, does this payment cover both our accounts and he assured me that it was. I probably reconfirmed 4-5 times, until he laughed at me and said yes, my husband was also getting irritated that I was reconfirming.
We were now advised that the payment was not for both accounts but only my husbands, AGAIN! AGAIN, ZF messed up,
Im in debt because of incorrect information given by the consultant, I have again gone to the branch, confronted and spoke to the consultant and he advised to have the collector contact me
I have emailed the collector, because I have over R1000 debt with them and no response to my emails.
The consultants are giving incorrect information, just to sign people up and it leads to debt because communication is not transparent.
So now, I am left with debt and no response from the collector Jane at Zone Fitness Blue Route mall!
