My alarm sensor went off in my roof this morning at 12.30. Zonewatch set it up so it cannot be bypassed at my house. I phoned the switchboard before 8 and left a message for Technical stating that it was urgent - they did not phone back. I phoned the Technical department at 0803. Left a message, They didnt phone back so I phoned again at 0818. Spoke to someone who was incredibly unhelpful. I need a technician to come out today to sort this problem out in case the sensor goes off again. My next door neighbour has a baby, the alarm is very loud (houses are joined by the garage). The lady in the Technical department said "fully booked today, sorry can only come tomorrow" I explained the situation AGAIN that it was urgent and that I was not available tomorrow. Extremely unhelpful and uninterested. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Zonewatch Technical department. They are totally uninterested and very unhelpful
