Zonewatch insists that you pay UPFRONT even though you have paid fully for the whole year!! I paid on 14 March 2023 for a beam replacement and still they have not fixed my beams even though they have been to my house about 3 times. They tested the beams before they left but sadly and I say very sadly when they left, that night when i activated them they did not work and still do not. Now you need to believe this is a SECURITY COMPANY!! so you are let with no security - do you think this is correct and should we pay UPFRONT when the service is not worthy -- think about this before you pay upfront again. Really bad bad service. And do not pay UPFRONT before your service works, OK pay a deposit sure, but not the full amount. For them this is bad business practise
