zoom fiber horrible service
I have been logging calls on whats app for my Wifi its down. And I am not getting any assistance. Your consultant s are not helping me even when ask them to do follow up they dont. The Technicians were at my street but refusing to help me its been six days with no internet. I am trully disappointed in your service. the way you are treating us as your customers. Your consultant s are even rude I spoke to Gloria she was even worse than the others.
Zoom Fiber your services are horrible. Your company should just close down and give room to other ISP s who are willing to work.
