Poor service delivery

I ordered sandals to attend a wedding in December, sandals were ordered in November even today im stll waiting for delivery, paid for the services and courier in full but i keep on being told I'll get my shoes before end of the week, no communication or rny feedback from them i always have to be the one who call them, not happy with the sevice at all
