BUYING YOUR 1ST CAR HERE IS LIKE CRASHING INTO A TRUCK SAME EXPERIENCE
TO LONG TO TYPE OUT PM I'LL EXPLAIN Just Know When buying a car HERE DON'T EXPECT IT BACK ANYTIME SOON MAYBE AFTER A YEAR THE PAINTER WILL GET HIS DEGREE . Yes they have tried to fix the car 4 times by painter or mechanic what ever he calls himself. Still Waiting for my car its been Two Months ,Not sure why VW cannot fix the car oh aish to much money I GUESS ... Justin Bieber mustn't sell you guys car anymore .Find New vw guy to sell use cars ... Anyway Waiting on a meeting with MR A Cornelius & MR Noel VERY KEEN TO KNOW WHAT TIER WE ON NOW MR NOEL. ANYWAY LIFE LESSON GUYS

They don't care about you once the deal is complete, the told me to sign a one year cash back in the presense of Mike, the form was signed in August 2020 last year meaning the money was suppose to stop August 2021 but instead the wrote 10 month without me knowing in that for. Mr Mike is the one who did all this and now I'm told he is no longer working there, who can assist me then because the cashback for came back saying 10 months and I was surprised.

I wouldn't recommend this and it seems the requirements of working for this company is to be a criminal, I'm being robbed and I feel so stupid at times, I brought a faulty car last year 1st of July and it didn't even finish a year, I was charged R4000 installment for 5 years for a faulty 2013 polo 1.6 and a cashback of R500 each months was promised and yes I must say I got it but the agreement was for it to pop into my acc until August this year but now it has stopped. The dealer who assisted me isn't longer working there and I'm struggling to find someone that can assist me. There are lot of things that I'm not happy with but for now my R500 cashback would do me good. Thank you

It is with sad concern that I must express here the behaviour which I experienced while I was so desperate looking for a car. I musr comend then on the amazing servise ann documents and validation was donw the day befor came in this morning amd car was ready for. Jays was extramly professional and got everything done very kwick eveb andy was a amzing gave us a reaky good deal i will def be going back them besy service iv had in q long time thanknyou6jay and andyf fir rhe amazing servide and the super goood deal

False advertising
I saw a post on Facebook regarding a Polo 1.6, I've been in contact with the sales agent all week discussing viewing this particular car. When I got there they told me that the car had already been sold even though the post is still on Facebook. False advertising

021 Auto Parrow - Jeeten Narshi - Can not be trusted, Disrespectful, Arrogant.
Untrustworthy. False Advertising. Jeeten Narshi & Kelly Ann Narshi. Advertising on Facebook Marketplace. When contacted. They said yes the car is available. They asked me to fill out a form and send all my personal details to them. The very next morning i received a message asking me to come in. When i asked what was the verdict from the bank. i got a reply saying i quote "Everything looks great i need you to come in". I stay in Mitchells Plain. and Parow isn't around the corner. When i got there Jeeten tells me the car was sold three days prior which. utter disrespect. Arrogantly saying We have other cars and if you don't want my help then i can leave. How can you speak to someone like that. He should be FIRED!!! because his attitude is chasing customers away. after i left i asked a friend to check if the car is available and he said YES it is available. THAT IS LEADING PEOPLE ON. it was a complete waste of my time and money to get there. I have the Proof of the chats.
