<p>Today i attended your winelands branch. Was not at all what i expected. I went going with the odea that since i was takeing a perier spa experience with my husband that well be treated special. But that is def not what we got. When we arived i was told they do not have a gown that fits me even tho i had spacificaly stated the size of my gown when booking the premier package. Then i was givin a old orage gown witch i refused. Then was fibn a winter gown n then finaly a summer one with a orange belt then during breakfast the manager comes and changed my belt to a white one. Next our gowns amd gifts where just left on our table. Mood def spoilt after all of that. And not once did one of the stafe come over to ask if everything is okay. The peemier package is definatly a wast of money. As u get pushed i to a room with everyone else like u in a factory. Very dissipointed considering it r5000 for 2 people. On the up aylest the product hamper is decent</p>
