I've paying my netstar account which was behind till today with no direction. The only time they call is when you miss a payment. They don't send statement or nothing and I feel I've paid too much now for a tracker. I would agently appreciate your response in this regard.
I joined Budget Insurance, they called and asked to be my broker, ai allowed them because of their explanation, now I want to end my relationship with budget and budget is sending me back to Constellation, I called from last week Wednesday and once they hear why I want out, they tell me to just hang on for someone who's gonna assist me and never come back to me. I MEAN SINCE LAST WEEK WAITING, WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO JOIN THEY MAKE SURE YOU'RE SATISFIED BUT NOW🤦♂️
Last month of May 2022 I was in Airport Mall Belhar to do my shopping and I was approached by two lady explaining what they are doing. They convinced me to joine it while I was telling them that I have cartracker, to cut the story short I ended up falling to the trap, I joined and later on realized that no marn ai shouldn't have joined and now I want to cancel because I won't afford. Its even shocking that when you cancel they charge a fee which they don't tell you about when you joining, they don't tell if the contract is gonna last for how long. Nevertheless I won't have the amount as it's too much for me.
I'm no happy at all, I left my car at Parow VW on the 11th April 2022 for a Service since I was going home to Eastern Cape, when I get there I noticed that when I play my music just before 30minutes my battery is flat but I did not think something happened, I came back to Cape Town 2 weeks back and again the same thing happed. On the 28/09/2021 I went to Link Parmacy at Eliot street PHM where a Manager called Kanyi provided us with a very bad service. I went to by medication using my medical aid, she called me to assist and I went, I forgot the name of the medication and callee my wife to explain to the lady the medication that I was looking for, in a very aggressive and a rude way, she(Kanyi) chased my wife claiming she can only speak with one person because of the Covid, I underatood and continued to buy only those I remembered, after buying I asked to check a price for another medication, when I come back she's busy assisting another customer, I awaited for her to finish the customer, she again called another customer while am standing and instead in a rude way she told me to sit down, I set down and after a while I went to her asking "what exactly am I waiting for because it was too long and yet again in a rude manner she told me to sit down, ai told her to atleast tell me for how long must I still wait, she kept quiet and that's where I got upset and took a photo of her and again she grabed my phone saying I must not take it and called a security for me but eventually I got the assistance from a different person not Kanyi and that touched me hence I'm taking the matter further
Good morning I am angry simple because I was convinced to choose a broker by Nelisiwe Mshini but now when I want to cancell she refuse and when I ask Auto and General(my current insurance) to check my details if are still up to date, they can't see anything of me. I want nothing even advices but to cancel Nelisiwe has been ignoring my calls and what I'm not going to let it happen, is to allow the money to be deducted from my account if you dont call me in this number 0837722012
They don't care about you once the deal is complete, the told me to sign a one year cash back in the presense of Mike, the form was signed in August 2020 last year meaning the money was suppose to stop August 2021 but instead the wrote 10 month without me knowing in that for. Mr Mike is the one who did all this and now I'm told he is no longer working there, who can assist me then because the cashback for came back saying 10 months and I was surprised.
I wouldn't recommend this and it seems the requirements of working for this company is to be a criminal, I'm being robbed and I feel so stupid at times, I brought a faulty car last year 1st of July and it didn't even finish a year, I was charged R4000 installment for 5 years for a faulty 2013 polo 1.6 and a cashback of R500 each months was promised and yes I must say I got it but the agreement was for it to pop into my acc until August this year but now it has stopped. The dealer who assisted me isn't longer working there and I'm struggling to find someone that can assist me. There are lot of things that I'm not happy with but for now my R500 cashback would do me good. Thank you
<div>Good day, I'm a struggling customer because of the dealer at Vortrekker road known to be (BNA)021 moto industry where when I bought a car I made an agreement with the manager who was known to be **** to pay me R500 for a years, this amount was decided after he refused to tell me how much did he sold out my polo vivo 2018 model that I traded it in. According to someone close to him I was told He sold the car with the money that is far better than the amount in which I brought with. My concern now is, after an agreement of R500 cashback every month, it has now stopped and it's not even a year yet. What I hate is to go to him everytime the money isn't in and which to get his seniors to know about this and assist me where possible.</div>
I'm getting annoyed by how I'm being treated by tableview vw while I'm trying by all means to be patient, I was told to wait for the speaker which was ordered at Germany by Geraldon, now she's no one seem to be willing to assist me, I just spoke to Nadia, she also seem not to be interested, the worst I've been waiting for more that 20 day of which I was told to wait for 14 working days. My polo vivo speaker 2021 model is faulty and I need my speaker replaced as I was told. Why must I suffer instead of enjoying my car, no marn I'm failing to understand.
