I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from 10X Investments. I made a payment to my TFSA account on 25 February 2026, however, to date, the payment has not been credited to my account. Despite following up multiple times, there has been no resolution. I have emailed two agents, Ayanda and Jean, requesting an explanation and assistance, but neither has responded to my emails. The lack of communication and urgency around a client’s funds is unacceptable and concerning.
