I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from 10X Investments. I made a payment to my TFSA account on 25 February 2026, however, to date, the payment has not been credited to my account. Despite following up multiple times, there has been no resolution. I have emailed two agents, Ayanda and Jean, requesting an explanation and assistance, but neither has responded to my emails. The lack of communication and urgency around a client’s funds is unacceptable and concerning.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my account and internet services. On 2 March 2026 my internet services were disconnected without prior notice. I have since discovered that this was due to a unilateral change in my account reference number, which I was neither informed of nor consented to. I have attempted to resolve this matter by contacting your customer service team multiple times over the past two days, during which I have been placed on hold for excessive periods without receiving any response or call back. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable and an huge inconvenience.
The lack of communication and poor service I have received regarding my pension since I left my previous employer. Despite my repeated efforts to get in touch with your team, I have been left with no clear answers or assistance. To provide some context, I have tried to reach your customer service on three separate occasions via phone. On each occasion, I have been forced to wait for more than 20 minutes, only to be left with no response. In addition, I have attempted to use your WhatsApp support service, but after waiting for over five hours with no reply, I am deeply disappointed in the level of service. As a customer, I expect timely responses and efficient communication, especially regarding something as important as my pension. I find it unacceptable that, despite my multiple attempts, I am still unable to get any clarity or resolve this matter.
We are here yet again. Metrofibre's service is absolutely appalling. There is so much disconnect between their departments. Again my services have been unceremoniously disconnected after payments. 2 days without services now.
This is by far the worst and most pathetic customer service experience ever. They have no level of accountability or reliability. Their departments are so disjointed that no one know how to resolve a simple query. I have been without internet for 4 days and they don't even bother answering their phone or responding to emails. I've spoken to three peoples yesterday and they can't even assist me.
